Job summary

Motive is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner on a temporary basis to support our R&D organizations. This hands‑on, high‑impact role partners with R&D leaders and the People team to coach managers, support employee relations, and drive performance practices during a leave and transition period.

You will help Motive’s R&D teams operate effectively, develop strong managers, and sustain a positive employee experience across a global organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR experience with global footprint.
• Significant HRBP experience supporting fast‑paced, high‑growth orgs.
• Strong coaching across performance management & employee development.
• Experience handling employee relations with discretion and solid documentation.
• Familiarity with compensation cycles and engagement surveys.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted HRBP to leaders across Engineering and Product.
• Coach managers on performance management and employee development.
• Manage employee relations matters with appropriate partnership with Legal.
• Support compensation reviews and the Employee Growth Cycle.
• Help implement core people programs and maintain confidentiality.

Education

Bachelor's degree in HR / Business / Psychology
