Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Principal HRBP to lead talent strategy for the ATG PXT team. You will partner with VPs and Directors to shape organization design, workforce planning and leadership development across fast-moving orgs.

You will leverage data to drive improvements, conduct talent reviews and succession planning at the senior level, and coach executives through transformations while fostering an inclusive culture. Strong stakeholder management is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field.
• 10+ years of HR experience with senior-level impact.
• Experience partnering with business leaders in complex settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies including org design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills development.
• Use people metrics and business data to identify and drive systemic improvements across multiple orgs.
• Design org structures that enable fast decision-making, strong culture, and customer focus.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Central HR, and Finance on comprehensive workforce plans.
• Serve as primary HRBP to VP and Directors, advising on organizational capabilities.
• Lead talent reviews and succession planning at the senior level.
• Use data to identify trends, risks, and hotspots; develop change plans.
• Guide leaders through organizational transformations using inclusive thinking and stakeholder management.
• Translate business strategy into simple, scalable HR processes.
• Embed talent mechanisms into business rhythm — annual and mid-year reviews, performance management, development.
