Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR generalist, management, or business partner experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing large programs.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, index/match, VLOOKUP, VBA).
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on talent and organizational design.
• Coach leaders and influence critical HR decisions to drive business results.
• Lead or help manage large, complex programs across multiple sites.
