The role requires deep business acumen, data-driven insights, and the ability to influence without direct authority across global functions. A strong track record in senior executive partnering and talent management is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, Business/Management, Psychology, or related field
• 10+ years of HR experience with demonstrated impact at senior levels
• Experience partnering with multiple business leaders in a complex and fast-paced growth environment
• Master's degree or above in HRM, Business Administration or related field (preferred)
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience coaching and mentoring at management level

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies and planning activities that foster organizational and people effectiveness
• Leverage deep knowledge of the business and industry trends to architect people-focused solutions
• Interpret complex people metrics and business data to drive systemic improvements
• Design, recommend, and implement organizational structures aligned with business strategy and culture
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Central HR Partner teams, and Finance on workforce planning
• Provide executive coaching to leaders and leadership teams
• Lead executive talent reviews and succession planning processes
• Act as a strategic change agent using data analytics to inform enterprise-level change plans
• Influence and coach senior leaders to build teams' capability for large-scale transformations
• Monitor and evaluate changes for effectiveness and impact
• Translate business strategy into scalable HR processes
