Job summary

Amazon is seeking an HR Partner to support PXT operations and site-level HR initiatives onsite. You will engage with hourly employees, coach leaders, and drive engagement programs while maintaining confidentiality and strong business partnerships across teams.

You will use data-driven insights to improve employee experience, tools, and HR processes, contributing to a culture where every colleague feels valued and supported in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience handling confidential information.
• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon experience with 1-year human resources general experience OR equivalent experience.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience communicating effectively with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive employee experience by executing key programs and partnering with PXT and Operations to create a culture where employees feel valued, heard, and supported.
• Execute standard work with consistent quality and timeliness, meet SLAs, and document HR processes and interactions.
• Provide frontline employee support by responding to inquiries and ensuring appropriate resolution or escalation of employee matters.
