Amazon is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner within NACF PXT, guiding leadership development, employee experience, culture, and change management. Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR generalist or related operations/retail/ manufacturing experience.
• Experience using data and high-judgement to drive business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse team of HR professionals, coaching them to be strategic partners.
• Establish early warning systems to identify and mitigate risks.
• Shape the strategic vision for employee experience and organizational health.
• Develop and execute integrated talent strategies with business leadership.
• Lead analytics and AI usage to uncover patterns and inform decisions.
