Amazon.com Services LLC seeks an HR Business Partner for the Agentic AI organization in Seattle, WA. You will lead executive HR strategy, partner with leaders on talent planning, performance and development, and drive scalable HR programs in a fast-growing AI environment.

You will translate business strategy into practical HR solutions, coach leaders, and contribute to organizational design and workforce planning. The role reports to the PXT team and offers a comprehensive set of benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
10+ years of leadership work as an HR generalist, preferably in a high tech environment.
Experience coaching and mentoring at the management level.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary HR leader for Executives within the Agentic AI organization.
Partner with business leaders to develop talent strategy and an engaging work environment.
Drive organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, talent management and development.
Coach business partners in career development and leadership practices.
Develop and implement people plans to achieve initiatives and a thriving environment.
Analyze metrics on retention and employee experience to drive improvements.
Lead talent reviews focused on succession planning and organizational health.
Provide compensation support to leaders.
Collaborate with HR BeXT to address employee relations issues fairly.
Work with AWS talent acquisition to build scalable recruiting programs.
