Amazon.com Services LLC seeks an HR Business Partner for the Agentic AI organization in Seattle, WA. You will lead executive HR strategy, partner with leaders on talent planning, performance and development, and drive scalable HR programs in a fast-growing AI environment.

You will translate business strategy into practical HR solutions, coach leaders, and contribute to organizational design and workforce planning. The role reports to the PXT team and offers a comprehensive set of benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of leadership work as an HR generalist, preferably in a high tech environment.
• Experience coaching and mentoring at the management level.

Key job responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR leader for Executives within the Agentic AI organization.
• Partner with business leaders to develop their talent strategy to support the business growth while maintaining an engaging, respectful and fun work environment.
• Drive organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, talent management, performance management and skills assessment and development.
• Coach business partners in career development, leadership and management practices.
• Assist in the development and implementation of people plans and solutions to achieve people initiatives and sustain a work environment where all employees can thrive and grow.
• Review and analyze business metrics including data on retention and employee experience to recommend systemic improvements.
• Partner with the business to lead talent reviews, focused on succession planning, employee growth and development and organizational health priorities.
• Provide compensation support to leaders.
• Partner with the central HR Partner (HR BeXT) organization to work with line managers and employees to address various employee relations issues, fairly representing all interests.
• Partner with the AWS talent acquisition team to build systemic and scalable recruiting programs to create a sustainable pipeline of talent in a competitive AI hiring market.
• Lead or contribute to various cross‑team and/or cross‑organizational PXT projects.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of leadership work as an HR generalist, preferably in a high tech environment experience
• Experience coaching and mentoring at the management level

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field
• Experience in leadership work as an HR generalist, preferably in a high tech environment
• Experience in talent management, organizational network analysis, and organizational design and development
• Experience translating business strategy and goals into optimal HR processes that are scalable, simple, customer‑focused and adaptable to unique and changing business needs
• Experience delivering complex, data‑driven recommendations to senior leaders
