Job summary

Campbell's is seeking a Sr Manager, HR Technology to lead the Workday platform portfolio across Core HCM, Talent, Payroll and more. You will partner with HR leaders to define IT strategy, oversee configuration, governance, and vendor relationships, and mentor a team of Workday analysts and consultants.

You will drive project delivery, manage budgets and change readiness, and ensure secure, scalable HR technology that supports global HR processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, MIS or related field.
• 8+ years in HR IT with Workday focus.
• 5+ years configuring Talent, Recruiting, Payroll, Compensation, HCM in Workday.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration, implementation, maintenance and upgrades of Workday modules (Core HCM, Talent, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Learning, Reporting, Security, Integrations).
• Partner with HR leaders to translate business needs into tech capabilities and execution plans.
• Direct internal Workday analysts, administrators and consultants; manage partners and vendors.
• Oversee incident, changes, enhancements, and service requests; ensure governance and compliance.
• Direct Workday implementation and optimization projects, manage budgets, timelines, risks and resources.
