Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Technology to lead Workday configuration and governance in a remote US-based capacity. The role partners with HR, IT, and business leaders to shape scalable HR processes and drive solution design beyond go-live.

You will oversee intake, prioritization, and delivery of complex HR technology initiatives, ensuring HR systems align with the broader people strategy and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of hands-on Workday configuration experience.
• Workday certifications in HCM, Compensation, Talent, and/or Integrations preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 15 years of HRIS or HR technology experience, or a master's degree with 12 years of experience.
• Proven project management success and experience designing complex Workday solutions.
• Strong understanding of integrations, security, business processes, and data structures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a hands-on expert across Workday modules
• Lead end-to-end design and configuration post go-live
• Define and enforce configuration standards and design principles
• Act as a trusted advisor to HR, IT, and business leaders
• Own and evolve demand intake and prioritization frameworks
• Lead complex Workday initiatives from design through deployment
• Leverage data to support decision-making and process improvements
