The role requires deep Workday expertise, strong program management skills, and the ability to manage offshore teams and complex deployments. Philadelphia-area candidates are preferred for on-site collaboration.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related discipline.
• 8+ years in HR IT with tech and HR background.
• 5+ years configuring Talent, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, HCM in Workday.
• 5+ years in Workday integrations, reporting, and security.
• 3+ years implementing Workday solutions including Paradox, Hired Score, Adaptive Planning.
• Strong PM skills and experience leading offshore teams.
• Philadelphia-area candidates preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Workday configuration, maintenance, and enhancement across modules.
• Partner with HR to translate business needs into technology capabilities.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, risks, and resource planning for projects.
• Drive change management and user adoption.
• Ensure governance, security, and data privacy compliance.
