Campbell's is seeking a Sr Manager, HR Technology in Philadelphia to lead Workday configuration, governance, and a portfolio of HR IT solutions. You will partner with HR to define capabilities and drive platform modernization across HCM, Talent, Payroll, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in HR IT, combining technology and HR.
• 5+ years configuring Workday modules (Talent, Recruiting, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, HCM, Advanced Compensation).
• 5+ years in Workday integrations and security configurations.
• 3+ years implementing Workday solutions like Paradox, Hired Score, Adaptive Planning.
• Experience gathering requirements and delivering integrated solutions across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday configuration, deployment, maintenance, and updates.
• Partner with HR leaders to translate needs into IT capabilities and plans.
• Manage budgets, timelines, risks, and resource planning for Workday projects.
• Mentor team members and coordinate with vendors and offshore teams.
• Ensure security, audit readiness, and data privacy across systems.
