Job summary

Campbell's is seeking a Workday Integration Analyst to design, develop, and support integrations, reporting, and security across the Workday ecosystem. You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure reliable data exchange and secure access for business operations.

The ideal candidate combines strong Workday technical expertise with analytical skills and a customer-focused approach to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of Workday configuration and support experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on Workday integration development experience.
• Experience administering Workday security and access controls.
• Strong Workday reporting and analytics experience.
• Experience supporting multiple Workday modules, including Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, Cloud Connect, Workday Web Services, and Workday APIs.
• Manage inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party systems including Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Identity Management, Learning, and ERP platforms.
• Monitor integration performance and proactively resolve issues.
• Coordinate integration testing for Workday releases and business initiatives.
• Develop integration documentation, support procedures, and technical specifications.
