CVS Health is seeking a Sr. Analyst – Technology Product to shape and support technology products powering the HR experience.

You’ll translate high-level capability needs into clear requirements, maintain product docs, and partner with developers and Scrum teams to deliver reliable releases. You will research market trends, propose new ideas, and help set product direction through quarterly and annual planning, while serving as the voice of the customer across multiple products within a large

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in the Technology industry.
• 3+ years in a Technology product organization.
• 3+ years with public cloud platforms (GCP, Azure).
• 3+ years with Jira and Confluence.
• 2+ years of written and verbal communication skills.
• 2+ years presenting to large audiences.
• 2+ years collaborating with large, cross-functional teams.
• 2+ years of adapting to multiple products and shifting priorities.
• 1+ year working with AI productivity tools (Claude, Copilot).

Responsibilities

• Define requirements: gather, analyze, and document business and technical needs; write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Create and maintain documentation: product playbooks, help content, release notes, FAQs, user guides.
• Support the release cycle: plan releases, test readiness, communicate changes.
• Partner with delivery teams: work with developers, scrum masters, and teams; participate in sprint ceremonies.
• Be the voice of the customer: serve as main contact for platform users; gather feedback.
• Research and innovate: track market trends and AI capabilities; bring ideas to the team.
• Contribute to planning: build quarterly/annual roadmaps and priorities.
• Present and communicate: create and present capabilities, roadmaps, results to leadership.
• Collaborate across the enterprise: align efforts and promote reuse.
• Manage multiple priorities: support several products concurrently.
