CVS Health is seeking a Sr. Analyst - Technology Product to shape and support technology products that power the HR experience.

You will translate high-level capabilities into clear requirements, maintain documentation, and help deliver reliable releases while partnering with developers and scrum teams across a large organization. The role emphasizes market research, new ideas, quarterly/annual planning, and presenting capabilities to leadership.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience in the Technology industry.
• 3+ years of experience working within a Technology product organization.
• 3+ years of experience working with public cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• 2+ years demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 2+ years of experience delivering presentations to large audiences.
• 2+ years of experience collaborating with large, cross-functional teams.
• 2+ years of experience demonstrating adaptability, resourcefulness, and sound judgment under pressure.
• 2+ years of experience managing multiple products and shifting priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Define requirements: gather, analyze, document business and technical requirements and write clear user stories.
• Create and maintain documentation: product playbooks, help content, release notes, FAQs, and user guides.
• Support the release cycle: coordinate planning, testing and readiness; communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Partner with delivery teams: work daily with developers, scrum masters, and teams; participate in sprint ceremonies.
• Be the voice of the customer: serve as main contact for platform users; gather feedback and translate into improvements.
• Research and innovate: track market trends and AI/data capabilities; bring ideas to the team.
• Contribute to planning: help build quarterly/annual roadmaps and success measures.
• Present and communicate: create polished presentations and present to leadership.
• Collaborate across the enterprise: connect with other teams to align efforts and share knowledge.
• Manage multiple priorities: support several products concurrently in high-pressure situations.
