Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Sr. Analyst - Technology Product to shape and support HR technology products. The role involves turning high-level capabilities into clear requirements, maintaining documentation, and guiding releases with close collaboration to developers and scrum teams.

You will research markets, propose new ideas, and help set product direction through quarterly and annual planning, while presenting capabilities to leadership and large audiences.

Qualifications

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria and keep backlog prioritized in Jira.
• Build and update product playbooks, help content, release notes, FAQs, and user guides in Confluence.
• Coordinate release planning, testing, and readiness; communicate changes to stakeholders and customers.
• Serve as main point of contact for platform users; gather feedback and translate to product improvements.
• Track market trends and emerging AI/data capabilities; propose ideas to the team.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements: Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements. Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and keep the backlog prioritized in Jira.
• Create and maintain documentation: Build and update product playbooks, help content, release notes, FAQs, and user guides in Confluence.
• Support the release cycle: Coordinate release planning, testing, and readiness. Communicate changes to stakeholders and customers, and help with post-release follow-up.
• Partner with delivery teams: Work daily with developers, scrum masters, and scrum teams. Take part in sprint ceremonies and help resolve questions and blockers.
• Be the voice of the customer: Serve as the main point of contact for platform users. Gather feedback, handle questions and escalations, and translate what you hear into product improvements.
• Research and innovate: Track market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging AI and data capabilities, and bring ideas to the team.
• Contribute to planning: Help build quarterly and annual product roadmaps and plans, including priorities, dependencies, and success measures.
• Present and communicate: Create polished presentations on product capabilities, roadmaps, and results, and present them to leadership and large audiences.
• Collaborate across the enterprise: Build connections with other teams and business areas to align efforts, share knowledge, and find opportunities for reuse.
• Manage multiple priorities: Support several products at once, staying composed and professional.
