Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst - Technology Product to shape and support HR Technology products across analytics, AI orchestration, data integration, and observability. You will translate capability needs into clear requirements, maintain documentation, and drive reliable releases.

You will partner with developers and scrum teams, gather market insights, and help set product direction through planning.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in the Technology industry.
3+ years in a Technology product organization.
3+ years of experience with public cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure).
3+ years of hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
2+ years of written and verbal communication skills.
2+ years of delivering presentations to large audiences.
2+ years of collaborating with large, cross-functional teams.
2+ years adapting to pressure and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

Define requirements: gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements; write user stories and acceptance criteria; backlog prioritization in Jira.
Create and maintain documentation: product playbooks, release notes, FAQs, and user guides in Confluence.
Support the release cycle: coordinate release planning, testing, and readiness; communicate changes to stakeholders.
Partner with delivery teams: daily collaboration with developers and scrum teams; participate in sprint ceremonies.
Be the voice of the customer: serve as main platform contact; gather feedback and translate into product improvements.
Research and innovate: track market trends and AI/data capabilities; propose ideas to the team.
Contribute to planning: help build quarterly/annual roadmaps and success metrics.
Present and communicate: create and present product capabilities and roadmaps to leadership.
Collaborate across the enterprise: align efforts and enable reuse.
Manage multiple priorities: support several products simultaneously.
