CVS Health HR Technology is seeking a Sr. Analyst - Technology Product to shape and support the technology products powering our HR experience. You will translate high-level capability needs into clear requirements and work with developers and scrum teams to deliver reliable releases.

This role fits someone who enjoys collaborating across multiple products, communicating with diverse audiences, and shaping quarterly and annual roadmaps to drive customer value and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in the Technology industry.
• 3+ years in a Technology product organization.
• 3+ years with public cloud platforms (GCP, Azure).
• 3+ years using Jira and Confluence.
• 2+ years of strong communication skills.
• 2+ years presenting to large audiences.
• 2+ years collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• 2+ years managing multiple products and priorities.
• 1+ year working with AI productivity tools (Claude, Copilot).

Responsibilities

• Define requirements: gather, analyze, document business and technical needs; write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Create and maintain product playbooks, help content, release notes, FAQs, and user guides.
• Support the release cycle: plan, test, and communicate changes; assist with post-release follow-up.
• Partner with delivery teams: work with developers, scrum masters, and teams; participate in sprint ceremonies.
• Be the voice of the customer: serve as primary contact for platform users; gather feedback and translate into improvements.
• Research and innovate: track market trends and AI/data capabilities; propose ideas.
• Contribute to planning: help build quarterly/annual roadmaps with priorities and dependencies.
• Present and communicate: create presentations on capabilities and roadmaps; present to leadership.
• Collaborate across the enterprise: connect with other teams to align efforts and share knowledge.
• Manage multiple priorities: support several products with composure under pressure.
