Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in the Technology industry.
• 3+ years in a Technology product organization.
• 3+ years working with public cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure).
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• 2+ years demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 2+ years delivering presentations to large audiences.
• 2+ years collaborating with large, cross-functional teams.
• 2+ years adapting to pressure and handling sensitive situations.
• 2+ years managing multiple products and shifting priorities.
• 1+ year working with AI productivity tools such as Claude and Microsoft Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements: Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements; write user stories and acceptance criteria; prioritize backlog in Jira.
• Create and maintain documentation: Build and update product playbooks, help content, release notes, FAQs, and user guides in Confluence.
• Support the release cycle: Coordinate release planning, testing, readiness, and post-release follow-up.
• Partner with delivery teams: Collaborate daily with developers, scrum masters, and scrum teams; participate in sprint ceremonies.
• Be the voice of the customer: Serve as the main contact for platform users; gather feedback and translate into improvements.
• Research and innovate: Track market trends and AI/data capabilities; propose ideas to the team.
• Contribute to planning: Help build quarterly/annual product roadmaps and priorities.
• Present and communicate: Create and deliver polished product capability presentations to leadership.
• Collaborate across the enterprise: Build connections across teams to share knowledge.
• Manage multiple priorities: Support several products simultaneously under pressure.
