CVS Health is seeking a Sr. Analyst – Technology Product to shape and support technology products powering the HR experience. You will translate high-level capability needs into clear requirements, maintain documentation, and partner with developers and scrum teams to deliver reliable releases.

You will research market trends, bring new ideas, and help set product directions through quarterly and annual planning, while presenting capabilities and roadmaps to leadership and large audiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technology industry
• 3+ years in Technology product organization
• 3+ years with public cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, Azure)
• 3+ years with Jira and Confluence
• 2+ years of excellent written and verbal communication
• 2+ years delivering presentations to large audiences
• 2+ years collaborating with large cross-functional teams
• 2+ years showing adaptability under pressure
• 2+ years managing multiple products and shifting priorities
• 1+ year working with AI productivity tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot)

Responsibilities

• Define requirements: gather, analyze, document business and technical requirements; write user stories and acceptance criteria; maintain backlog in Jira.
• Create and maintain documentation: product playbooks, release notes, FAQs, user guides in Confluence.
• Coordinate release planning, testing, readiness, and communicate changes to stakeholders and customers.
• Partner with delivery teams: work daily with developers, scrum masters, and scrum teams; participate in sprint ceremonies.
• Be the voice of the customer: serve as main point of contact for platform users; gather feedback and translate into improvements.
• Research and innovate: track market trends and AI/data capabilities; bring ideas to the team.
• Contribute to planning: help build quarterly/annual roadmaps with priorities and dependencies.
• Present and communicate: create polished presentations and present to leadership and large audiences.
• Collaborate across the enterprise: build connections with other teams to share knowledge and opportunities for reuse.
• Manage multiple priorities: support several products simultaneously in high-pressure situations.
