Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Sr. Analyst - Technology Product to shape and support HR technology products. You will translate capabilities into clear requirements, maintain documentation, and drive reliable releases across multiple products.

You will partner with developers and scrum teams, champion customer needs, and explore AI/data capabilities to guide quarterly and yearly roadmaps. A dynamic, collaborative environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in the technology industry.
• 3+ years in a technology product organization.
• 3+ years of experience with Jira and Confluence.
• 2+ years excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 1+ year experience with AI productivity tools such as Claude or Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements, write user stories with acceptance criteria, and prioritize the backlog in Jira.
• Create and maintain product playbooks, help content, release notes, FAQs, and user guides.
• Coordinate release planning, testing, and readiness; communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Partner with developers and scrum teams; participate in sprint ceremonies and resolve blockers.
• Be the voice of the customer; gather feedback and translate it into product improvements.
• Research market trends and emerging AI/data capabilities; propose ideas to the team.
• Contribute to quarterly and annual product roadmaps and plans, including priorities.
• Present capabilities and roadmaps to leadership and large audiences.
