Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst – Technology Product to shape and support HR technology products, including analytics, AI orchestration, data integration, and observability. You will translate high‑level capability needs into clear product requirements, maintain documentation, and drive reliable releases in collaboration with developers and scrum teams.

You will research the market, propose new ideas, and help set directions for quarterly and annual planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in the Technology industry
• 3+ years working within a Technology product organization
• 2+ years of experience creating and delivering presentations to large audiences
• 2+ years of experience collaborating with large, cross-functional teams
• 1+ year of experience working with AI productivity tools such as Claude and Microsoft Copilot

Responsibilities

• Define requirements: Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and keep the backlog prioritized in Jira.
• Create and maintain documentation: product playbooks, help content, release notes, FAQs, and user guides in Confluence.
• Coordinate release planning, testing, and readiness.
• Communicate changes to stakeholders and customers, and help with post-release follow-up.
• Partner with delivery teams: work daily with developers, scrum masters, and scrum teams.
• Be the voice of the customer: serve as the main point of contact for platform users.
• Gather feedback and translate it into product improvements.
• Research market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging AI capabilities.
