Job summary

CVS Health HR Technology team is seeking a Sr. Analyst - Technology Product to shape and support Technology products powering the HR experience.

You will translate high-level capability needs into clear requirements, maintain product docs, and help deliver reliable releases while partnering with developers and scrum teams. You will research the market, propose new ideas, and work with product owners to set directions for quarterly and annual roadmaps, balancing multiple products and audiences

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in the Technology industry.
• 3+ years of experience working within a Technology product organization.
• 3+ years of experience working with public cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• 2+ years demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements: Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements. Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and keep the backlog prioritized in Jira.
