Job summary

Horizon Media seeks a Senior HR Technology Lead to partner with People Ops and Finance, acting as the Workday SME to analyze configurations and drive improvements. You will ensure data integrity, testing, integration, reporting and process enhancements, collaborating with multiple CoEs and enterprise departments.

You will upgrade Workday, support production processes, develop reports, and maintain data accuracy while delivering projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, CS or related field strongly preferred.
• Must have global Workday implementation experience across regions.
• 2+ years of Workday experience in a global setting.
• 5+ years of overall professional experience with HR technology.

Responsibilities

• Perform system maintenance and assist in Workday upgrades, tests, and patches.
• Collaborate with functional/technical staff to apply upgrades or fixes.
• Provide production support; configure annual processes and resolve issues.
• Develop standard and custom reports and dashboards for business needs.
