• Hands-on Workday HRIS expertise: configuration, security, testing, and support.

• Set and execute the multi-year technology strategy for the People Systems & Workforce Insights division.
• Lead governance for HR system configuration, security, data, reporting, and vendor performance.
• Oversee division budgeting, contracts, renewals, and implementation partners; influence enterprise investments.
