Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights to guide a broad HR technology and analytics program. The role focuses on Workday-based systems, data governance, executive reporting, and strategic workforce insights across the enterprise.

You will lead a cross-functional team, shape the technology roadmap, oversee governance and security, and partner with leaders to align investments with business strategy in a remote, nationwide setup.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related work experience, including 3+ years leading teams and enterprise-wide programs.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Hands-on HRIS platform expertise, especially Workday configuration, security, testing and support.
• HR data, reporting, and analytics experience with governance, dashboards, audits, and data quality.
• System implementation and enhancement experience across modules and processes.
• Compliance, controls, and security experience with sensitive employee data.
• Project, program and change management experience in large initiatives.
• Cross-functional partnership with HR, payroll, IT, finance, security and vendors.
• Core HR knowledge across org structures, compensation, benefits, recruiting, lifecycle events.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the multi-year technology strategy for the People Systems & Workforce Insights function.
• Lead governance for HR systems configuration, security, data, reporting, releases and vendor performance.
• Oversee budgeting, contracts, renewals and partner management with IT, Finance, Procurement and Legal.
• Represent People and Community in enterprise technology, data, AI, security, and operating-model forums.
• Lead the HR systems analytics team and develop capability and equitable access to development.
• Own technology intake and prioritization balancing value, risk and enterprise standards.
• Own internal controls and provide timely evidence for audits and regulatory reviews.
• Safeguard sensitive employee data and responsible AI decisions affecting employees.
• Improve platform reliability, delivery, documentation and self-service adoption.
