Contract Pharmacal Corp is seeking a Senior HR Manager to oversee daily HR operations, implement policies, and partner with leadership to attract, develop, and retain talent. The role ensures legal compliance, handles employee relations, workforce planning, and engagement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will drive HR strategy, lead a team, and coordinate with Payroll and Benefits to optimize HRIS usage and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily workload, assign priorities, delegate, and report metrics to executives.
• Lead junior HR staff with coaching and development.
• Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs, write descriptions, source, interview, and manage offers.
• Oversee onboarding, training, performance reviews, promotions, and offboarding.
