Qualifications

• 3+ years relevant HR Generalist experience, ideally in Beauty or Consumer Goods.
• Experience managing onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits and other employee support processes.
• Proactive problem-solver who can navigate ambiguity comfortably.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee operations processes.
• Own and manage bi-weekly payroll process.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to policies.
