You will partner with senior leadership to design and implement HR processes and ensure regulatory compliance. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 7–10 years of HR experience, with strong knowledge of employment law and investigations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 7–10 years of HR experience with knowledge in employment law, compensation, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, and employee engagement.
• Ability to work with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
• Proactive problem-solving skills with excellent interpersonal, judgment, negotiation, analytic, and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition process including phone screens, scheduling and conducting interviews, maintaining new hire paperwork, advertising postings, sourcing candidates, and managing I-9 documentation.
• Maintain and enhance onboarding program for seamless integration into company culture.
• Ensure all new hires complete compliance-related training and develop training programs as needed.
• Assist in organizational training and development efforts.
• Coordinate benefits and payroll deductions, manage benefits administration including enrollments and terminations.
• Administer 401(k) enrollment and related payroll deductions.
• Process workers' comp injury and OSHA documentation and maintain DOT/Regulatory compliance.
• Conduct periodic reviews of pay grades and compensation structures to stay aligned with market data.
