Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or equivalent, or 3+ years HR experience in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and hourly workforce.
• Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Ability to collaborate with leadership and contribute to HR decision-making.
• Experience supporting change management, HR projects, and organizational design.
• Proficiency with HR systems (e.g., Workday) and workforce analytics.

Responsibilities

• HR Strategy Support: assist in implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals and operational needs.
• Operational Partnership: collaborate with Site Leadership to boost engagement, productivity, and development.
• Talent Management: support recruitment, employee development, and internal mobility; workforce planning.
• Employee & Labor Relations: guide on employee relations and ensure compliance with laws.
• Culture & Engagement: foster a high-performance culture and inclusive environment.
• Compliance & Governance: ensure compliance with employment laws across jurisdictions.
• Change Management: assist HR aspects of site openings or restructurings.
• HR Team Support: contribute to HR projects and performance improvements.
• Metrics & Insights: track HR metrics and use data for decisions.
• Collaboration with Leadership: provide HR insights to leadership.
• ESG: support ESG initiatives through HR practices.
