Job summary

RareMed Solutions in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Manager, Human Resources to develop and maintain HR processes across talent acquisition, payroll, benefits, performance management and employee relations in a fast-growing specialty pharmacy.

Under the SVP of Business Operations, you will lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, compliance training, benefits coordination, and HRIS reporting, while aligning policies with regulatory requirements and company culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 7–10 years of HR experience including employment law, compensation, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, and engagement.
• Ability to work with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
• Proactive problem-solving skills with interpersonal, judgment, negotiation, analytic, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruitment and talent acquisition including phone screens, scheduling and interviews.
• Maintain and enhance onboarding program for seamless integration into company culture.
• Ensure new hires complete compliance-related training and develop training as needed.
• Assist in organizational training and development efforts.
• Coordinate benefits and payroll deductions; manage benefits administration and open enrollment.
• Act as contact for third-party retirement administrators and 401(k) enrollment process.
• Process workers’ comp and OSHA documentation; maintain DoL requirements.
• Review pay grades and compensation structures against market data and needs.
• Administer FMLA and LOA requests.
• Conduct exit interviews and report trends to leadership.
• Maintain HRIS records and compile reports as needed.
