The Bosch North American Corporate Human Resources team is seeking an HR Intern to support Employee Relations, Labor Relations, and HR Compliance. You’ll work closely with HR professionals across North America, gaining hands-on experience in policy development, data analysis, and day-to-day HR operations.

This internship offers exposure to a global organization, practical HR knowledge, and opportunities to develop analytical and communication skills while contributing to business initiatives.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A strong academic foundation with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Flexible schedule around coursework with up to 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Support employee relations, labor relations, and HR compliance projects.
• Assist with development, review, and deployment of HR policies and guidance materials.
• Analyze HR data and prepare reports, presentations, and stakeholder recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams on projects and daily operations.
