Job summary

Bosch Service Solutions North America LLC is seeking an HR Generalist to support SO business objectives with recruitment, onboarding, HR analytics, and communication initiatives. The role includes coordinating interviews, background checks, and new-hire orientation to ensure smooth onboarding.

The candidate will also handle benefits enrollment, HR reporting, and associate engagement activities while collaborating with multiple departments in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of US labor/employment law.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Recruiting/Onboarding/HR Analytics – 3+ years
• Recruiting with direct and indirect employees – 2+ years
• Experience in a global environment

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment process with hiring managers.
• Coordinate onboarding, background checks and new-hire orientation.
• Support benefits enrollment and HR communications.
• Prepare HR reports and KPI analyses.
• Assist in training sessions and employee engagement activities.
• Serve as first point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
• Contribute to process improvements and policy adherence.
