Job summary

Bosch USA is seeking an HR Talent Development Intern to support a dynamic North American HR team in Talent Development, Learning and Training. You will contribute to strategic projects and assist in planning, coordinating, and executing development programs while supporting HR projects.

This hybrid role is based in Farmington Hills, MI, with regular onsite participation for meetings and sessions. Summer hours expect about three onsite days per week; during the academic year, onsite may adjust

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources or related field.
• Minimum Junior level standing.
• 3.0 GPA minimum.
• On-site in Farmington Hills, MI for regular working sessions and meetings.
• Ability to work 20–40 hours per week, with schedule aligned to academics and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Participate in talent development information events to drive impact.
• Support content updates and marketing platforms used to inform associates about talent development processes, tools, and resources (Viva Engage, SharePoint, MailJet, Canva, and Synthesia).
• Collect, organize and publish content to support learning program initiatives (e.g., talent pool, rotational development program, Dialog Days).
• Support preparation and follow-up for regional talent review meetings to drive efficiency and execution of development actions.
• Assist onboarding of training vendors including updating materials and content creation of marketing materials for associates.
• Create, update and enhance Power BI dashboards to improve data visibility and inform business decisions.
• Other day-to-day duties and projects as needed.
