Fidelity seeks a Senior Business Analyst in Durham, NC to deliver HR solutions on the Workday platform. You will partner with HR, Product Management, Operations and Technology to translate business needs into actionable Workday changes, develop test strategies, and coordinate testing across the enterprise.

Responsibilities include evaluating impacts on processes, integrations, security and reporting while guiding stakeholders through new features and releases on an on-site model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of Business Analysis, Product, HR Technology, or related experience.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating complex business needs into actionable solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to engage technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Partner with HR, Product Management, Operations, and Technology to understand goals, challenges, and priorities.
• Analyze requirements and recommend solutions aligning with business and platform capabilities.
• Configure, test, and support Workday enhancements.
• Develop test strategies, write test cases, and coordinate end-to-end testing.
• Demonstrate new functionality and guide stakeholders through solution capabilities.
• Assess impacts across processes, integrations, security, reporting, and user experience.
