Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking an HR Business Partner/HR Associate to deliver customized HR solutions on-site in Duluth, GA. You will consult with clients to align HR practices with business goals, develop policy documentation, and support onboarding and performance programs.

You will collaborate with the HR Manager and AVP, manage investigations, and maintain detailed HRIS records to ensure compliance and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years HR experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll platforms.
• PRISM and PEO experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customized HR services to clients per GSM and drive client retention and growth.
• Identify client goals, HR practices, and compliance needs.
• Develop policies, handbooks, job descriptions, performance evaluations, compensation plans, and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate investigations and complex employee relations issues with HR leadership.
• Document client interactions in HRIS and ensure data integrity; escalate when needed.
