Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking an HR Regional/Business Partner to serve as a trusted on-site partner to plant and functional leadership. The role translates business priorities into people strategies to drive performance, engagement, and capability across two nearby plants within the North America region.

Based in Mount Joy, PA, this hands-on position collaborates with AD&M HR leaders, advances workforce planning, and champions safety, inclusion, and TE values.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in HR or related field.
7+ years HR experience in manufacturing/operational environment.
Proven ability to influence leaders in a matrixed organization.
Strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary HR business partner to the Plant Manager and site leadership team.
Translate BU and site strategy into workforce, talent, and culture priorities.
Develop and execute a site-specific workforce plan aligned to AD&M cycles.
Coach leaders on performance, engagement, retention, and leadership effectiveness.
Lead change management and ensure HR programs, policies, and compliance.
