Job summary

Ventek Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Manager to support our Mount Pleasant and Tullahoma plants in TN. The role is onsite daily, traveling weekly as needed, reporting to the VP of HR. You will partner with plant leaders to drive HR programs, manage the full employee lifecycle, coach managers, and lead talent development and engagement initiatives.

Key areas include policy implementation, payroll accuracy, wage trends, staffing, and compliance with federal/state laws.

Qualifications

• Six years in HR or related area with at least four years in Employee Relations and policy administration in manufacturing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Paycor experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and cross-functional relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Plant Managers to provide HR support and guidance on policies and programs.
• Manage full employee lifecycle from hiring to onboarding, development, retention and offboarding.
• Lead coaching, employee relations, investigations and organizational development.
• Oversee payroll data accuracy, wage practices, and labor budgeting with leadership.
• Coordinate staffing, job descriptions, recruiting, and onboarding for both plants.
