Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a plant-level HR Partner role.
• HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred.
• Prior experience supporting a manufacturing workforce strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for plant employees and leadership.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management.
• Support recruitment and onboarding in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team.

Skills

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
