Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking an experienced HR Regional / Business Partner to serve as a trusted on-site partner to plant and functional leadership, translating business priorities into people strategies that drive performance and culture.

Based at two nearby plants within 10 miles, you will collaborate with AD&M leaders and regional COEs to align workforce plans, succession, and employee relations with TE values and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing/operational environments.
• Proven ability to influence and partner with leaders in a matrixed organization.
• Strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary HR business partner to plant manager and site leadership.
• Develop site workforce plans aligned to AD&M business cycles.
• Embed career paths and competency frameworks into talent planning and succession.
• Coach leaders on performance, engagement, retention and leadership effectiveness.
• Lead change management tied to organizational alignment and growth.
• Collaborate with regional HR and COEs to standardize processes.
