ShipBob is seeking a Sr. HR Partner to serve as the People Team representative at the Bethlehem fulfillment center and hub, delivering full-cycle HR support to employees, managers, and directors in the region.

You will collaborate with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, engagement, and workforce planning at the site. You will partner with leadership to execute HR initiatives, lead recruiting events, onboard new hires, and manage employee relations in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
• 5+ years of Human Resources experience.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish.
• SHRM or SPHR Certification.
• Solid understanding of labor laws and regulations.
• Experience in a fulfillment center, warehouse, or manufacturing facility.
• Strong data interpretation and reporting skills.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and data-related tools.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees to resolve issues and conduct investigations with People Team Leadership, HRBPs, and Legal as needed.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance via audits.
• Train, coach, and counsel managers on people matters.
• Partner with on-site staffing representatives to ensure proper staffing.
• Participate in recruiting events and conduct interviews for hourly roles.
• Facilitate onboarding and ensure proper paperwork and approvals.
• Conduct new hire check-ins and support culture initiatives.
• Support retention efforts with site leadership and GM.
• Manage performance processes including progressive discipline and PIP.
