Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an HR Business Partner to support senior leaders and managers in a hybrid role based in the Waltham, MA area. You will develop HR strategies, drive talent management, and deliver people analytics across the business.

You will partner with COEs and leadership to resolve HR issues, align actions with business goals, and manage key HR programs including merit, bonus, and market benchmarking.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Human Resources experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
• Employer sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies for client groups.
