Job summary

The Hanover in Worcester, MA is seeking a Director, Strategic HR Business Partner to shape talent, leadership, and organizational strategies within our Technology organization.

You will partner with senior technology leaders to translate business priorities into workforce solutions, influence decisions through data and insights, and drive organizational effectiveness, succession planning, and leadership development across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including partnership with senior leaders.
• Experience in workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, organizational design, and change leadership.
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence leaders and navigate complex organizational challenges.
• Experience leveraging data and analytics to inform recommendations and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior technology leaders to understand business priorities, organizational challenges, and workforce needs.
• Provide strategic counsel on talent, leadership, organizational effectiveness, and change management.
• Influence business decisions through data, insights, and practical recommendations.
• Lead workforce planning efforts to ensure the organization has the capabilities needed to achieve objectives.
• Partner with leaders on succession planning, talent reviews, and leadership development strategies.
• Support performance and talent strategies that strengthen organizational capability and readiness.
• Lead organizational design and change initiatives that enable business outcomes.
• Translate workforce data into meaningful insights and action.
• Balance strategic thinking with practical execution to achieve results.
