Job summary

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of HR experience, strong communication and influencing skills, along with the ability to champion inclusive leadership. The role emphasizes collaboration, strategic guidance, and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, including consultative HRBP experience.
• 8+ years of experience in Human Resources, with 5+ years in an HRBP role.
• Experience supporting complex or multi-functional business groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of people strategies for business priorities.
• Provide strategic and consultative HR support to business leaders.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions.
