Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; master’s preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience in a large operations environment.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Experience with Leaves of Absence (LOA), including FMLA and ADA accommodations.
• Experience handling employee relations matters and investigations.
• Understanding of workers' compensation programs and claims management.
• Comfortable in diverse, multicultural environments with a focus on equity and inclusion.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and understanding of employment law, policies, and procedures.
• Strong multitasking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Create alignment between people strategies and business objectives with operations leadership.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, coaching managers and teams across departments.
• Lead change management initiatives and manage complex projects.
• Use metrics and feedback to improve organizational efficiency and employee engagement.
• Ensure optimal team structures and provide career path guidance for organizational effectiveness.
• Oversee talent management and succession planning efforts.
• Address HR challenges with strategic and practical solutions aligned to business needs.
• Support broad HR functions including employee relations, performance management, onboarding, time & leave administration, and compliance initiatives.
