You will shape people strategy, lead a team of HR partners, and influence executive leadership on talent, culture, and organizational capability. You will guide workforce planning, succession, and leadership development, partnering with executives to drive revenue growth and performance while ensuring compliance and risk

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience.
• Experience as a senior HR Business Partner or HR Director.
• Experience advising senior executives in global or matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent strategy, succession planning, and leadership development for the Vendor organization.
• Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives.
• Provide executive oversight on employee relations, investigations, and risk management.
• Partner with executives to align HR strategy with business growth and profitability.
