DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Sr. HR Representative to support leaders nationwide, providing strategic counsel on people-related issues and driving key HR initiatives across distribution centers and offices.

The role emphasizes collaboration with senior managers and building strong, trusted relationships. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in HR, with preferred PHR/SHRM certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent plus 3+ years HR experience.
• PHR/SHRM certification preferred.
• Experience leading organizational change deployments.
• Ability to partner with senior management and manage relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to business managers on people-related matters.
• Advise hourly and exempt associates; advocate for them.
• Drive site climate and culture initiatives.
• Conduct internal investigations as needed.
• Ensure HR regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
• Train managers on interviewing, hiring, performance reviews, safety, and harassment.
• Manage staffing, succession planning, and associate programs.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and employee communications.
• Maintain data in HRMS and support EOS process actions.
