DHL Supply Chain is seeking a dedicated HR Representative to support business leaders nationwide from distribution centers and regional offices. You will provide strategic counsel, drive HR initiatives, and ensure compliant HR practices while fostering a positive workplace culture.

The role emphasizes employee relations, investigations, onboarding, data analytics, and training, with opportunities for advancement in a fast-paced logistics environment across the country.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree required or equivalent 4 years experience, required
• Some knowledge of HR, preferred
• PHR/SPHR SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification, preferred
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases, preferred
• Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices, preferred
• Experience with conflict resolution, preferred
• Experience with investigations, preferred
• Experience with data analytics, preferred
• Experience facilitating trainings, preferred
• Experience with onboarding, preferred

Responsabilités

• Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Employee relations and engagement
• Serve as an advocate and counsel to hourly and exempt associates
• Drive initiatives/activities to improve site climate and culture
• Conduct internal investigations as needed
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and laws in HR activities
• Administer audit activities for HR policy compliance
• Train management in interviewing, hiring, terminations, performance reviews, safety, and harassment
• Provide feedback and coaching to managers, listen and ask clarifying questions
• Assist with staffing, succession planning and associate programs
• Understand compensation and benefits systems, processes, and communications
• Administer EOS process related actions
• Enter and maintain data in HRMS
• Administer performance management processes
