Formación

• 8-12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic HR Business Partner role.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategic decisions.
• Experience leading organizational change and workforce planning.
• Background in large, complex organizations with matrixed structures.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated environments preferred.
• Exposure to AI-powered workforce tools preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead the People and Organization Operating Plan for business units.
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, providing workforce insights and recommendations.
• Conduct data-driven workforce analysis to identify talent gaps and succession risks.
• Co-design organizational solutions and lead change initiatives.
• Anticipate people implications of business growth and scaling.
• Coach and develop leadership capabilities across the organization.
• Utilize workforce analytics to inform business decisions.
• Resolve complex employee relations and compliance matters as needed.
