Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of HR operations, shared services, or call center experience.
• Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Workday EIBs for HR transactions.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and employment laws.
• Experience with HR systems and data integrity practices.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex HR lifecycle transactions with compliance and accuracy.
• Design, build, and troubleshoot inbound/outbound Workday EIB integrations.
• Partner with HR functions to guide organizational processes and systems.
• Serve as SME for HR policies; train and mentor HR Operations Specialists.
• Provide reporting on HR transactions, trends, and service metrics.
• Collaborate with Benefits, Payroll, and HRIS to resolve escalated inquiries.
